Surigao Education Center –High School Department held the Joint Induction and Acquaintance Party with the theme “Alone we can do better: Together we can do much” at SEC amphitheater on July 23, 2016 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
Ms. Krystal Mae G. Calimbo, the SSG President, formally welcomed everyone with her warm opening remarks. Ms. Joiance Nicole N. Parnada, the SSG Auditor, introduced the party’s honored guest speaker followed by the speaker’s inspirational talk to all attendance, Mr. Fredieric Jones Perez, RN. Thereafter, Dr. Zaldy P. Beloy, lead the induction of all high school classroom, clubs, organizations, Supreme Student Government and Faculty Officers of School Year 2016-2017. The judges for the Dance Competition were introduced: Ms. Faith Guhiting, Mr. Dave L. Bulabog and Mr. Fredieric Jones Perez. The performanceswere both entertaining and exciting and they were judged based on their choreography, mastery, costume, and audience impact. The Search for Mr. and Miss. Acquaintance 2016 followed. There were three segments: Production number, Casual Wear, and the Question and Answer portion - exclusive for the top 5 muses and escorts. Then, a last ramp from the reigning queen: Ms. Gwen Marie P. Quino.
Moreover, the winners of the Dance Competition: are to wit; 3rd place – Grade 8 – Faith, 2nd place – Grade 10 – Obedience, 1st place – Grade 11- Sincerity.
